We cover every type of building alteration from large extensions and new builds to landscaping and decorating. Our team consists of different trade professionals who work together to ensure that your project runs smoothly and to a high standard. HISTORY

Edward Lilleystone has been in the building industry since the 1970s. After spending time on sites labouring and steel fixing, he settled down as a bricklayer and spent several years building all over the South East.

He decided after years of bricklaying that he would start up on his own. His first job was to build a garage for a friend and since then, business has never stopped. Edward didn’t advertise and relied solely on word of mouth but the quality of his work always brought in new business and even today, we are still doing work for some of the customers that Edward had in the 80s.

Edward has built up a small team of professionals that have continued to build to that same high standard that Edward has set over the years. Now the business is run by son, Chris Lilleystone, but Edward still plays a major part in the business by advising the team and offering his extensive knowledge to clients.

We also plan our work so that you will always have power, water and heating available to make life as comfortable as possible during the project.

All our work is guaranteed, and we won’t leave your project until you are completely satisfied with our work. All of our projects are paid in stage payments so we don’t ask for money upfront and we don’t take the final payment until the project is finished, so if you haven’t heard about us from a satisfied customer, then you will have peace of mind that your money is not at risk.
